Recently stayed at P & K Villa for a few nights. Lovely clean room, perfect for our dog's first trip away. Friendly staff, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Convenient location with easy access to Durham by bus or car. Off-street parking and no stairs to rooms. Spacious and well-appointed en-suite rooms. Great breakfast and hospitable staff.
Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms at P & K Villa were clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, offering easy access to Durham's attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly finding us a parking space and making us feel welcome, even with our dog. I appreciate their attention to detail and hospitality. The breakfast at the Pub and Kitchen was delicious, with freshly cooked food and a great cup of coffee. Despite a few minor issues, like noise from other guests on the first night and some parking challenges, the overall experience at P & K Villa was fantastic.

The food selection at the hotel was excellent, with very large portions. The drink selection was also good, although we weren't informed about any special offers. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, recommending a great restaurant in the city when their own restaurant was fully booked. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and good heating. We had no trouble finding parking in the pub car park outside our room.
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. We found empty bottles in the bathroom, and the toilet could have been cleaner.

The P & K Villa was worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if they had more variety of pastries.
